We went to Piedmont, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Apulia to find these pearls, sourced from three different grape varieties, cultivated in the smallest plots of land, but coming from farther territories. Then, let us make room to the sapid Erbaluce, the aromatic Malvasia, of Greek roots, and the fresh Ribolla, from Slovenia. "Foreign" grapes, which have found their vocation in Italy.
